AI, LLM integration and multidisciplinary engineering

ARES explores large language model (LLM) integration for company knowledge, AI assistants and document workflows. Projects combine software, electronics and PCB design, mechanical CAD, embedded systems and robotics. Each integration starts with data access, privacy, human oversight and technical validation—not a promise of autonomous accuracy.

A PRACTICAL CHECK

Does Your Business Need AI?

AI is valuable when it solves a real operational problem. If your employees repeatedly copy information, search through documents, prepare the same reports, answer similar questions or manually monitor machines and data, there may be a practical opportunity for automation.

✓

If you answered yes to even one of these questions, your company may benefit from an AI or automation assessment.

Identify an AI Opportunity
  • 01

Do employees repeatedly copy information between emails, documents, spreadsheets, ERP or CRM systems?

    ?
  • 02

Does your team spend too much time searching through technical documentation?

    ?
  • 03

Are reports created manually from information stored across multiple systems?

    ?
  • 04

Do customers or employees repeatedly ask the same questions?

    ?
  • 05

Are important tasks delayed because they depend on one experienced person?

    ?
  • 06

Do machines produce data that is collected but rarely analyzed?

    ?
  • 07

Are equipment failures usually discovered only after production stops?

    ?
  • 08

Does quality control depend entirely on manual visual inspection?

    ?
  • 09

Are leads, inquiries or service requests sometimes forgotten?

    ?

PRACTICAL BUSINESS EXAMPLES

Where Intelligent Systems Create Value

Practical examples of how AI, automation and connected systems can improve everyday business operations.

01

Documents & Administration

PROBLEM

Employees manually read emails, invoices, orders, reports and PDF documents, then copy information into other systems.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

An intelligent document workflow extracts important data, categorizes documents, prepares responses and sends information to the correct business system.

BUSINESS VALUE

Less manual entry, fewer mistakes and faster document processing.

02

Internal Knowledge

PROBLEM

Technical knowledge is scattered across manuals, shared folders, emails and experienced employees.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

A secure internal AI assistant searches approved company documentation and provides traceable answers to employees.

BUSINESS VALUE

Faster access to knowledge, easier employee onboarding and less dependence on individual people.

03

Reporting & Management

PROBLEM

Managers spend hours collecting information from spreadsheets, production records and different software systems.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

Automated reporting combines approved data sources and prepares daily, weekly or monthly summaries.

BUSINESS VALUE

Faster reporting, consistent information and more time for decision-making.

04

Customer Support

PROBLEM

Employees repeatedly answer the same questions about products, orders, services and documentation.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

An AI support assistant answers common questions using approved company information and forwards complex requests to the correct employee.

BUSINESS VALUE

Faster responses and reduced workload without removing human oversight.

05

Sales & Inquiries

PROBLEM

Customer inquiries arrive through email, forms and different communication channels, making follow-up difficult.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

An intelligent workflow categorizes inquiries, prepares summaries, creates CRM tasks and reminds employees about follow-up.

BUSINESS VALUE

Fewer missed opportunities and a more organized sales process.

06

Production & Maintenance

PROBLEM

Machine problems are often noticed only after reduced quality or an unexpected shutdown.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

Industrial monitoring uses available, reliable sensor and machine data to identify unusual behavior and alert responsible employees.

BUSINESS VALUE

Earlier indication of potential problems and better maintenance planning where the available data supports it.

07

Quality Control

PROBLEM

Visual inspection is repetitive, difficult to document and dependent on individual judgment.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

A camera-based inspection system assists operators by detecting defined visual deviations and documenting results.

BUSINESS VALUE

More consistent inspection and better traceability while keeping operators in control.

08

Logistics & Inventory

PROBLEM

Inventory information, delivery status and material requirements are distributed across several systems.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

Connected automation synchronizes information, detects exceptions and alerts the responsible team.

BUSINESS VALUE

Better visibility and fewer manual checks.

09

Engineering Documentation

PROBLEM

Engineers spend significant time searching manuals, comparing revisions and preparing technical documentation.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

An engineering assistant organizes approved documentation, identifies relevant sections and helps prepare structured drafts.

BUSINESS VALUE

Faster access to technical information and more consistent documentation.

10

Autonomous & Remote Systems

PROBLEM

Some tasks take place in dangerous, repetitive or difficult-to-access environments.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

A custom remotely operated or progressively automated platform combines cameras, sensors, communications and embedded control.

BUSINESS VALUE

Improved operator distance, better situational awareness and new possibilities for validated field operations.

START SMALL

AI Implementation Does Not Have to Begin with a Large Project.

A practical implementation can begin with one clearly defined process, one team or one recurring operational problem. We first evaluate the workflow, available data, security requirements and expected value. If the opportunity is realistic, we can build a focused prototype before considering a larger rollout.

SOV-UGV 1 · INVESTOR OVERVIEW

From design to a physical prototype.

Seeking an investor and strategic partner to establish a company, form a development team and begin research, physical prototyping and testing.

Customers and applications

01

Military cargo logistics

Primarily intended for organisations needing remotely operated delivery of equipment and supplies in difficult-to-access areas. The goal is to reduce manual cargo handling.

02

Infrastructure inspection

For infrastructure operators and field teams: planned remote visual inspection with FPV cameras and future AI features, reducing staff visits to demanding locations.

03

Package delivery

An additional future use for small cargo delivery to locations with limited access. Payload capacity and operating conditions remain to be validated.

Current stage

The MVP 3D presentation design is complete. A working physical prototype, field tests and validated performance are still ahead. Planned optical communication and monitoring features require R&D validation.

Founder and developer

Mirza Pasić currently leads the ARES project independently, covering electronics and PCB design, mechanical design and development of the featured Apple apps. The development team is currently being formed; company formation is part of the next phase of the project.

Initial estimate per unit≈ 1.000 €

Founder estimate for building one unit, not a selling price, supplier quotation or validated production cost. This is not the total investment required.

Higher volumes may lower unit cost; supplier quotations and a production plan must validate this assumption.

What the investment enables

Company formation and legal groundwork; recruiting a development team; components, tools and physical prototyping; safety reviews, facilities and testing conditions.

Total funding and timelines are not yet established. They will be defined through an R&D assessment, quotations and discussions with the partner.

Development milestones

01 · Formation and planning

Establish the company and core team, requirements, development budget and safe testing plan.

02 · Physical prototype

Build the first prototype and document basic functional checks. A 3D design is not evidence of physical operation.

03 · Testing and validation

Evaluate mobility, payload, reliability and monitoring in controlled conditions; document results and limitations.

04 · Pilot and next decision

After successful validation, agree a partner pilot and assess readiness for a small series. Production is not guaranteed in advance.

Early-stage development project. Visuals are conceptual; no claim of validated performance, contracted customers or guaranteed investment returns.
